Qualifications & experience
- Must be proficient in MYOB
- Previous Office Administration experience preferable
- Data entry and Window Office experience
- Exposure to commercial inductions and SWMS an advantage
- Proficient with Excel spreadsheets
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage Invoicing
- Office Reception
- Data Entry using MYOB program including bank reconciliations
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors
- Manage Debtors / Collection
- Assist with inductions, SWMS and accreditations
- Liaise with sales and warehouse personnel
- BAS preparation
- Wage preparation using MYOB
