The Position
  • Front Desk Reception - Greet all clients in a positive manner
  • Assisting with processing listing files
  • Property management admin
  • Banking and mail
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Database management, fielding calls and taking messages
  • Preparing marketing material
  • Data entering
  • Appraisal folders
  • Keeping kitchen tidy and ad-hoc cleaning
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is ESSENTIAL
  • Well presented, and a keen eye for detail
  • Passionate about the real estate industry
  • A positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Confident telephone manner & customer service skills
  • Intermediate computing skills
