The Role
Reporting to the VP – Product & Technology, you will effectively prioritise your workload and conflicting deadlines, along with the ability to provide quality administrative services. This role partners with the business to build rapport and relationships with a broad range of people, interacts in a consultative manner and influences stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
This is a true "all-rounder" Admin role requiring the ability to complete a variety of complex administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate across multi -levels of the organisation and will demonstrate the ability to self-motivate and work well within a team environment.
- Organise incoming and outgoing freight, prepare reports and correspondence
- Organise travel arrangements meals and accommodation and training courses
- Compilation and preparation of monthly overtime & weekly wage summaries for payroll
- Manage ordering for supply of uniforms, PPE, stationery
- Raise purchase orders and receipts purchase within SAP
- Assist with training programs on site and assist Site Administrators
What you’ll bring
- Impeccable attention to detail and demonstrated organisational skills
- Solid Office Administration experience with the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
- Excellent problem-solving skills and reconciliation
- Thorough, accurate and proactive in addressing any challenges
- Ability to analyse data, recommend solutions and implement actions
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Outlook and SAP essential
- Establish and maintain good working relationships
