Avante Australia is a national wholesaler of furniture and bedding products based at Narangba in Brisbane.
We require the services of a Permanent Part Time Office Administrator with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. Preferable hours are 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM Monday to Friday though can be negotiated.
You will be employed under the Clerks Private Sector Award 2010 (MA000002). Our business hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 4:30pm and Friday from 8am to 2:30pm.
In general, your duties will include:
- Data entry of customer orders
- Liaising with customers
- Scheduling of customer deliveries
- Checking deliveries for accuracy
- Booking couriers
- Data entry and maintenance
- Word processing (MS Office Suite)
- Communicating with customers and consumers
- Reception/switchboard operation

Candidates with experience in a similar position are encouraged to apply - formal education in Office Administration will be highly regarded.
