Based in the heart of the Sydney CBD, this organisation is a franchise network that manages pharmaceutical stores across NSW, VIC and SA. This is a small organisation with a team of 5. You will be assisting the MD and team members with administration support, PA support, HR, accounts and general business support. This is a permanent role based in the office 5 days per week, with working hours from 830-5pm.
Your new role
This business support administration role includes:
Assist when needed in all matters concerning RX management
Manage diary/ agendas/ travel arrangements/ appointments
Assist with reporting by using various apps
Record, file and execute meeting minutes with strict confidentiality
Assist MD in daily organisation, filing and office
All administration tasks for organisation
Accounts / payroll assistance
Admin of recruitment process in line with company practice, post job advertisements, managing candidate responses, organising interviews
Help create awareness of HR function, company policies and procedures and the people element of company's strategy
Proactively develop, update and maintain HR correspondence, implement and maintain best practice HR procedures and complaint records management
What you'll need to succeed
Office admin, PA, coordinator, HR exposure experience
Strong attention to detail and highly organised
Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS OFFICE SUITE
Retail / Pharmacy industry exposure is highly regarded
Must be punctual, honest and have high integrity
