We are seeking a Human Resource Administrator on a casual basis to support our HR Consultants across our client groups.
We're open to hearing from either students who are currently studying with an HR discipline, or a recent graduate of HR/Business. If you apply as a graduate, we might offer an arrangement slightly different to that outlined below.
The nuts & bolts
This is a casual position with the potential to progress into a more permanent role. Please only apply if you can commit to working more than casual hours over the summer break and are keen to continue in the role alongside your studies (we can flex your hours during semester to help you manage this).
What you'll get exposure to:
- Put theory into practice – apply your growing knowledge of HR & WHS legislation & regulations as you work with our HR Consultants on tasks spanning the full employee life cycle.
- Gain exposure to the various industries of our clients, ripe with all manner of people-related opportunities to sink your teeth into
- Learn about consultancy & client relationship management.
- Gain exposure to various people-systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
- Coordinate recruitment & onboarding including sourcing & screening candidates, coordinating interviews, drafting contracts etc
- Respond to client, candidate & employee queries.
- Review & update HR policies & procedures
- Get exposure to rewards management & more!

- Organised & focused, with exceptional attention to detail
- Up for the challenge of juggling study & work, ready to commit to a team long-term.
- A sponge - keen to learn about our business and apply theory to the work environment.
- Tech savvy - we use a range of HR tech to make life easier for our clients and their employees.
- A strong communicator both verbally & written.
