Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional manner.
- Managing office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
- Maintaining and updating office registers and databases.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assisting the Strata Manager with various tasks as needed.
- Providing support to the broader administration team when required.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills; training will be provided for specific software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
