The roles may be offered on a full-time or part-time basis.Our Legal Support Hub supports in the delivery of high quality administrative services. The Office Assistant is responsible for a range of administrative tasks including but not limited to document production, scanning and binding; company and title searches; time recording and courier requests.We are looking for proactive Office Assistants who demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills, with an eye for detail. . You will demonstrate flexibility and confidence to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high performing teams.Required skills and experience:
- Some experience in legal or general administration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service driven with the ability to maintain a high quality of work whilst meeting deadlines. .
- A strong eye for detail to ensure all work produced is of the highest standard.
- High level organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively so that deadlines are met.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters that are handled.
- The ability to work within a team environment to assist co-workers as needed.
- Confidence to seek assistance or clarification where necessary.
