With an exciting pipeline of projects, we are looking for an energetic and organised Office Assistant to join our team!
About the Role:
🔸 Full-time position (Monday to Friday with working hours negotiable for the right candidate)
🔸 Based at our Lambton office
🔸 Position to start ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
🔸 Reception and ad hoc administration tasks
🔸 Assist with the organisation of team meetings and schedules
🔸 Plan and organise social events and networking opportunities
🔸 Manage office equipment, supplies, and general office maintenance
🔸 Liaise with Project Managers for document preparation and proofing
🔸 Travel as necessary, eg. mail, uniforms, office equipment.
Our Expectations:
🔸 Must be self-motivated
🔸 Must hold a current driver licence
🔸 Experience using Canva is preferrable
🔸 Effective communication and time management skills
🔸 Quality organisation skills with attention to detail
🔸 Willingness to learn different tasks and embrace our team culture
