ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
We are seeking a highly organised individual to join or busy Registered Training Organisation based in Mandurah, WA.
The role involves answering telephones, greeting clients and students, data entry, scanning, filing and general office duties.
Applicants should have:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft outlook, excel and word
- Previous knowledge of RTO processes and vettrak training management system (preferred but not essential)
- MYOB (preferred but not essential)
This is a full time position with above award wages.
