GIVIT is looking for an experienced Office Coordinator to support our Finance team and maintain a smooth-running office. Your varied work week will see you managing and replying to email queries, organising team meetings, ensuring office presentation is always outstanding, managing and ordering office supplies and coordinating required maintenance. You will provide administration/data processing support, working within the GIVIT platform to complete daily procedures for our charities and support organisations.
You will also be our IT trouble-shooter and have a natural talent for solving everyday technology issues to provide first-line support for your colleagues with their IT questions, before contacting our external IT service provider. We use Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, and Teams and you enjoy updating processes to make them even more effective and helpful for everyone.
Business experience you possess:
- Demonstrated experience with office administration is essential.
- Excellent work ethic, exceptional attention to detail and process orientated.
- Team player and great at seeing opportunities to make the workplace better.
- Commitment to a technology first approach to organisation and administration.
- Works autonomously, flexibly and uses initiative to achieve results.
- Extremely competent in supporting the team with office technology – for example, but not limited to Office365, Sharepoint, and Teams.
