Lt Corporation PTY LTD are seeking an office Coordinator, assisting the Director, Projects Manager and Projects Marketing Manager. The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing project coordination and administration support, ensuring efficient and impactful service delivery. This involves various tasks such as centralising project files, scheduling meetings, preparation of minutes & agendas, booking appointments, creating weekly and monthly reports. amongst other office duties.

- Liaising with construction professionals
- Maintaining project files
- Completing reports to management
- Provide project admin support including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparation of minutes & agendas.
You will have:
- Real Estate experience is essential.
- At least two years' experience as an Office Coordinator, or similar role.
- Ability to engage with, communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task, balance competing priorities and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail, and strong spelling and grammar skills for proof reading documentation.
- Work independently with light supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Salary package
- $55,000-$65,000 inclusive of superannuation.
