Established in 2022, Normac Plumbing has experienced exceptional growth and we are now looking for a for an Office Manager to keep the wheels turning!
Servicing the Mornington Peninsula and surrounds, we offer end-to-end plumbing solutions including roofing, drainage, new builds and maintenance. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, quality workmanship and a commitment to adopt innovative solutions into our business operations.
As our Office Manager you will be responsible for managing client enquiries, scheduling jobs, following up quotes and payment and receiving deliveries. We have a great team of apprentice plumbers and so part of your role will also include managing their apprenticeships and general HR.
Experience with Xero and Ascora will be a great advantage however training can be provided. Exceptional communication skills are a must. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
