Description
Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with experience in managing office operations? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready for the next step in your career, Novalith want to hear from you!
We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and proactive individual to oversee the daily operations of our office spaces in Alexandria (Burrows Rd & Ralph St sites). This role ensures the smooth and efficient office administration split across two offices.
Responsibilities
- Support with general office administration, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Office upkeep and general cleanliness of office facilities, including boardroom, common areas and kitchen, as required.
- Coordinate with suppliers for office maintenance, inventory, and repairs.
- Implement and promote Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) objectives and procedures.
- Oversee the scheduling and set up of meeting rooms and common spaces.
- Assist with assignment of company assets to employees including laptops, phones, keyboards etc.
- Help coordinate company-wide events (staff outings, catering, etc.).
Qualification
- Previous Office Management or Administration experience required.
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), CRM and databases.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised individual with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers licence is ideal.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Experience working in a start-up environment is ideal, but not essential.

Please note this is ideally a full-time position, but we will consider part-time for the right candidate.
