Our client is a leading name in the Real Estate industry, specialising in residential, industrial and commercial property management. With the group looking to vastly expand over the next year, they would like to acquire an Office Manager who can keep the ship running with expert consistency through this growth.

Individual Requirements:
  • Licensed Real Estate agent is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Property Me, Agentbox, Xero and Campaign Track.
  • 3 years' minimum experience in a senior management position (preferably within Real Estate)
Responsibilities:
  • Direct, all-inclusive management of 3 departments - administration, finance and marketing.
  • Daily support of the Sales and Property Management teams.
  • Monitoring of financial budgets, implementing cost-effective measures where appropriate to improve profitability.
  • Monitoring customer relations.
  • Keeping up to date with current legislation and changes.
