- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Property Me, Agentbox, Xero and Campaign Track.
- 3 years' minimum experience in a senior management position (preferably within Real Estate)
- Direct, all-inclusive management of 3 departments - administration, finance and marketing.
- Daily support of the Sales and Property Management teams.
- Monitoring of financial budgets, implementing cost-effective measures where appropriate to improve profitability.
- Monitoring customer relations.
- Keeping up to date with current legislation and changes.
- Adaptable and determined.
- An excellent communicator.
- Organised
- Passionate about their work.
