About the Role
Provide assistance and administrative input into the development of workflows and processes to improve efficiency and quality in the work output from the EDNM Division and ensure the broader team remains compliant with organisational procedures.
Orientate administrative staff to the EDNM Division and provide upskilling and training as necessary. Delegate administrative workload between administrative team members where required.
Maintain professional and confidential management of highly sensitive issues in the context of close working relationships with stakeholders including HHS Executive Services, HSCE Office and statewide EDNM offices.
