The role reports to the Senior Leadership Team and Principals, and responsibilities include managing a team of 5 in the Corporate Secretarial Services team across different offices. Support the Senior Leadership Team with their daily administration tasks. Manage the Corporate Secretarial Services team and ensure work is completed accurately and timely. Must have experience in Public Practice and ASIC compliance General PA duties, including management of supplies, debtor management, and end of month reporting. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, new processes and procedures Ad hoc duties About you: Experience working in a Public Practice in Australia. Previous proven experience managing a team. Must understand the importance of client and firm relationships and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
