Broadly manage the Directors office communication, correspondence and diary
Ensure the office runs smoothly.
Management of answering phones and greeting guests, mail including regular mail and couriers, suppliers such as couriers, stationary, and office cleaners.
Provide a range of meeting support services including preparation of agendas, organizing venues and writing and distribution of minutes to contribute to the efficient running of meetings.
Complete routine systems based financial transactions including ZERO, raising and receipting of purchase orders and assisting with making payments to ensure compliance with SLABCORP processes and procedures.
Administer and maintain records management systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
Issue SWMS and insurances
Collect and compile information to support the preparation of tender documentation and correspondence
Respond to internal and external enquiries, escalating or redirecting associated issues to ensure the provision of accurate information.
Lead and contribute to projects, and work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders, to support the achievement of strategic and operational objectives.
Develop and implement administrative practices, systems and procedures to optimise efficiency and support the achievement of quality outcomes and the implementation of consistent business and administrative practices
