Job Summary (Purpose) :
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as Office Projects Administrator. Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager you will be responsible for providing project management and administrative support for People & Culture activities, operations and projects across South Pacific, with particular focus on Australia.
What you will do
Work closely with the Internal Communications HRBP on a variety of internal projects across South Pacific to support employee operations and experience
Update project plans, calendars, schedules, budgets and task lists to maintain progress and stay on track
Process invoices and maintain databases of information
Curate documents and online files relating to People & Culture initiatives, digital content libraries and branding.
Liaise with internal and external collaborators as needed
Provide emergency cover for Office Services support - kitchen and office maintenance, courier services, visitor and telephone support, catering orders.
This role is based at our Sydney office but occasional travel to other NSW sites such as our Villawood plant may be required to support activities/events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree OR relevant experience
- Minimum three years of experience in administration or project management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder groups
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Google suite of products (especially in Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs & Slides)
- Aptitude or interest in using design software and Colgate internal systems
