Who are we?
We have two established brands ‘Meredith Lee - Interior Designer’ and ‘The Happy Christmas Company’. Our dedicated studio and showroom is located in North Fitzroy, with an additional warehouse location. We have established brands and a small design team, and are looking for someone who will keep our business organised.
Our Studio Manager will join the team on a permanent part-time basis (30hrs per week). This position will provide a range of administrative support to both brands, as well as the Director. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, with a can-do, positive attitude.
This office based role will be required to work 30hrs each week but there is some flexibility around what days and daily hours you work.

As Studio Manager your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- General office administrative and management tasks (e.g. answering calls, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, bookings, etc.
- Administration of customer orders (e.g. placing of orders with suppliers, following up ETAs, invoicing, liaising with suppliers and clients)
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, account reconciliation, reporting
- Staff administration, including payroll
- Maintaining client folders, documents and administrative tasks associated with these
- Maintaining multiple locations, including inventory and sampling support
Skills / Qualifications
- 3+ years proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work across varying/ changing tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and suppliers
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience using Quickbooks and/or Xero for accounts receivable, payroll and account reconcilliation
