About the Job:
The position of Customer Service Representative for Victoria requires you to be on road Monday to Friday following a call cycle. You will be based in Melbourne servicing metro and regional areas in Victoria.
The main purpose of the role is to develop our customers' Art Departments using Mont Marte's unique product level system and retail selling principles.
General Outline of Tasks:
- Using a set call cycle, write regular orders for customers that require assistance
- Keep independent ordering customers up to date with new product information and promotions
- Provide hands-on merchandising
- Report customer issues
- Complete customer call notes for every meeting

About You:
- You love getting up early and hitting the road ready to see your customers when they first open
- ENERGY, PERSONALITY and an excellent WORK ETHIC
- Be prepared to do extensive on-road travel working on a set calendar cycle which can require you being away up to 4 nights every second week
- Highly coach-able and forward thinking
- Organised with high attention to detail
- Happy to get your hands dirty re-merchandising
- Can deal with difficult circumstances with a high level of resilience and tenacity whilst giving great Customer Service
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent command of written and verbal English
Experience in business to business sales is a plus but we can train the right person.
