The Position Available:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5pm - NO weekends and NO after-hours call outs
No leasing duties, no routine inspections, minimal admin - dedicated Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant and VA!
Manage a mixed portfolio of onsite units and residential properties
Landlord liaison only
Entry and exit condition reports
Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
Attendance at QCAT where required
$70k-$75k + super with regular salary reviews
Hands-on Operations Manager who will support your growth
Potential to further your skillset in Body Corporate if desired

Cloud-based software
The Successful Candidate:
2+ years of Property Management experience
QLD Certificate of Registration
Strong legislation knowledge
High level of attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Outstanding telephone manner & time management
Corporate presentation
Valid driver's license
