Are you an experienced and highly organized individual with a passion for operational excellence? Join Toll Group's dynamic team at our Wacol location as an Operations Administrator for the Mining Oil & Gas (MOG) Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our operations and be an integral part of our growing team.
Reporting to the Control Tower Manager, you will:
Act as liaison point between the MOG operational sites and MOG East administration function and provide support to resolve any issues.
Undertake weekly timesheet / payroll management, all invoicing and purchase order requirements, contractor qualification management, site access and financial reporting.
Provide adequate training to the Admin team/s for MOG East to ensure they are following correct up to date processes and to provide training to other identified parties i.e. supervisors and managers for Admin related tasks.
Be a part of the design and/or process improvement of the administrative processes and monitor effectiveness of those processes, with the mindset of continuous improvement and change management.
Provide high level customer service to external (and internal) customers to ensure positive engagement with customers at all time.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
5+ years of administration experience, ideally in transport or logistics industries.
A grow mindset, and an adaptable approach to new systems and changing work landscapes.
Excellent communication ability and intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite
Toll Works experience highly regarded.
