Medscan is looking for a motivated, outgoing and energetic Operations and Front Office Manager to join our team managing the city sites.
This position is permanent full-time 76 hours per fortnight based in Barangaroo or Double Bay.
Operations and Front Office Manager
Oversee all aspects of operational functions within Medscan.
- Reception duties, patient coordination, scheduling and registration
- Manage Reception and Administration staff including training and support
- Coordinate recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff and performance management
- Rostering and coordination of all staff
- General Administrative duties
- Medicare and private billing knowledge
- Administrative support to Directors/Radiologists
- Accounts assistant; processing of Medicare payments and EOM reports, including debtor summary
- DIAS Accreditation compliance
You will bring a 'can-do' attitude and a friendly customer service driven focus. You will have experience working at a medical receptionist and enjoy a busy environment. You will bring a high level of patient care, continuing to foster strong relationships with GPs, medical professionals and patients.

- Qualifications in either business, marketing OR experience working in a Radiology Business
