Our continued business growth has resulted in the creation of a new role for a dynamic and experienced Office Manager/ Operations Coordinator who will oversee daily operations and assist with projects. As an integral part of the team, the ideal candidate will have a background in professional services, a passion for exceptional customer service, and a drive for operational excellence. Duties will include;

  • Handle day-to-day office operations 
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the support team, ensuring they meet all objectives and operational deadlines
  • Support Human Resources to develop, implement and review strategies, plans, policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance.
  • Develop, review and refine risk management protocols, supplier agreements, asset management, record keeping and internal reporting
  • Provide support with project planning and implementation, minute taking in strategic planning sessions and or board meetings
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement improvements and drive change adoption.
  • Ad hoc problem solving and support for the team.

Skill and Qualifications for success:

  • Degree qualified; this may be Business, Accounting or Finance
  • Have exceptional communication skills 
  • Have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role 
  • Have a systematic and organised approach with a strong attention to detail
  • Able to build constructive and effective relationships and relate well to others
  • Have a customer and people focus
  • A coaching approach with a genuine interest in helping others to learn
  • Ability to set goals and achieve results
  • An inquisitive mind and an interest in research and resolving problems. 
  • Strong planning skills and ability to manage projects to deadlines 
  • An understanding of the importance of compliance with all legislation, regulations, and standards; and
  • Strong technical ability to use and learn new systems.
  • Demonstrate Integrity and Trustworthiness with the ability to keep confidences.
