Administration,Little Beacons (Early Learning)
Position
This role will work across both of our Early Learning Centres in Berwick and Pakenham.
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing direct support to the Little Beacons leadership team in the area of daily operations and organisation, implementation of staffing arrangements and professional learning. They oversee the daily organisation of the Centre, including staffing requirements and absences, operation requirements, communication strategies, student excursions, rosters and supporting implementation of curriculum and co-curricular activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Daily organisation: arranging replacement for absent staff
- General administration: Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Little Beacons
- Operations: Provide a professional point of contact for staff and service providers to support the implementation of program
- Curriculum Planning: To support the ongoing development of the Little Beacons program that addresses key aspects of Learning That Matters and the EYLDF
