Stoddart Group are a leading supplier and installer of products to the residential building industry. We've pushed the industry's boundaries working with our customers to provide an innovative, smarter and more integrated solution to creating a beautiful home. Today this includes the supply and installation of steel house frames and roofing, lightweight cladding, guttering and down pipes, and garage doors.
We are looking for an energetic, highly organised and customer focused individual to take on a the role of Operations Coordinator in our Geelong, VIC branch. The position will support the local operations requirements of the Geelong team including supporting our Roofing division to delegate works, tasks and duties to our on-site staff and sub-contractors. This position is varied in its duties and incredibly busy, meaning there will never be a dull moment!
The successful candidate will be provided with relevant training to enable them to understand our internal systems so they can really sink their teeth into the role and succeed. You will be working closely with the Operations Manager and provide administrative support as required.

Duties of the role include (but certainly are not limited to):
- Receiving & scheduling bookings, services, installations, maintenance and repairs
- Confirming deliveries
- Coordinating sub-contractors
- Troubleshooting issues
- Liaising with builders and suppliers
- Maintaining accurate and up to date information in our system
- Accurate data entry
