McKay United Crane Hire is currently seeking applicants who would like to join our team as a full time Operations Coordinator.
This position will be based out of our head office in Laverton North and offers an immediate start for the right candidate.
Whilst previous scheduling experience is highly desirable, we are willing to consider candidates who have demonstrated experience in administration / logistics who are eager and wiling to be trained.
Hands on / on the job training will be provided to the successful applicant.
The Role:
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the operations department with the coordination of our Crane Hire/ Transport Fleet to service the demands of our diverse list of clients.

- A knowledge and understanding of fleet operations, logistical management (desirable, but not essential);
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Acting as the go to person in support for both the depot and our clients;
- Ensuring compliance with legislative, internal and customer/site requirements;
- Liaising with our clients and project managers to ensure the work is executed according to expectations;
- Manning the Afterhours Phone as required on rotation basis.
