About The Role

As the Operations Governance Coordinator you'll have a practical approach to help our project teams understand and comply with Group governance requirements, lead the design and delivery of our group management of change digital form, and assist with integration of joint ventures and other subsidiaries such as MACA and RTL.

In addition to this, you will:

• assist projects to respond to audits and Project Reviews
• Facilitate governance training and provide user support
• Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize processes locally while meeting business needs.

About You

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for key result areas including governance and development, audit planning, delivery, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in auditing, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management systems. Proficiency in the Microsoft SharePoint ecosystem and Office suite is essential, with familiarity with MS Power BI being desirable.
