Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, effective leader, and preferably have experience in a 24 hour fast paced operation. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our company.
The Benefits:
- Competitive base salary $110,000 plus Superannuation
- STI targets on offer. OTE $138,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest level of service and quality
- Managing and improve operational processes and manage cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance
- Lead, mentor and develop staff to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in fast paced high pressure environment.
- Travel may be required on an adhoc basis
