AddressOur client is currently seeking an Operations Manager to assist run this successful, high-performing agency. You will be the driving force that keeps this top business in order. Reporting to the Directors and working within an elite team of staff, this role will see you utilise your administration, management, and operations skills daily.

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and a team of sales administrators – a people-person role!
- Staff on-boarding and off-boarding
- Monitoring and tracking staff performance
- Generating training & development plans
- Compliance management
- Database and software management
- Coordinating all team meetings and staff events
- Fast-paced role! Great culture & vibrant team environment
- Working 1-1 with the Principals and other leaders
- Monday - Friday only
To be successful in this role, you will have strong Real Estate experience, ideally in a similar position, or a strong history of Property Management or Sales experience. A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is essential to be considered. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
