Opportunity for a relationship focused and proactive Operations Manager to join Retail Asset, centre management team at Stud Park. As Operations Manager, you will play a fundamental role in the success and operational excellence of this busy shopping centre.
How you will make an impact
Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will maintain a high level of excellence through:
Maintaining relationships with the centre retailers and stakeholders to ensure the centre is maintained to a high standard of working order.
Liaising with service level agreement contractors and others to ensure the maintenance of our valued asset is delivered to the highest level and in a manner, which is safe and orderly.
Oversee tenancy fit outs on site, make good works and category 1 works.
Actively deliver approved capital projects on site in addition to having input into long term capital budgets and life cycle planning.
Maintain and update asset registers, manage all compliance records and incident reporting.
Provide cost-effective solutions for Operations Expenditure Budgets, and Capital Expenditure Budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead team of security and cleaning contractors.
About You
Stud Park is a centre which is deeply connected to its local community and focused on support of its retailers. We are proud of the centres presentation and, continually look for opportunities to enhance it. We are seeking an operations professional who will enjoy collaborating with the centre team, ensuring strong communication and detailed reporting. You will also take ownership of facilities support and stay connected with tenants on requests.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong depth of experience in operational oversight of shopping centres, including systems, financials, budget management and relevant compliance and safety procedures. You will be experienced in working at a fast-paced environment, handling competing priorities whilst staying productive and providing a high level of overall service. Given the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to be onsite 5 days a week.
