As the business continues its upward trajectory, they are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager who will play a crucial role in managing the business's daily operations, including the workshop, spare parts, and logistics as well as managing the operations team.
We are looking for someone with a solid mechanical and electrical understanding, a passion for the renewable space, and, most importantly, an understanding of power generation in all its facets.
This is a varied role where you will get exposure to multiple facets of the business and be part of the leadership team, working closely with the general manager and other executives.
You won't be pigeonholed into doing the same task every day; instead, you will learn, grow, and be heard as they will require your expertise to strengthen existing processes, manage job flow and delegate tasks as required.
