About the role

As the Operations Manager, you are responsible for leading the Business Banking team, providing support to the Business Banking Manager and managing projects and internal productivity initiatives. You are also responsible for ensuring the delivery of targets and customer service, via robust learning and development frameworks.
You will contribute to maximising Business Banking and Regional Commercial Banking revenue by mitigating operational credit losses and ensuring the efficient use and skilling of resources and will be a strong support of CSO BB Manager and collaborate with other FAAM in driving overall team and organisational objectives.
Contribute to optimising cost to serve customers for CLBB/BBS through efficient practices, improved productivity and value add to business.
Ensure highest level of customer service support is provided to Relationship Sets in order to contribute to the business's profitability
Has strong stakeholder engagement by proactively managing and addressing stakeholder concerns and objectives
Operate effectively and efficiently as part of a wider team and ensure team achieves annual operating budgets
Manage highly effective, high-performing team

Proven time management and organisational ability
Sound verbal and written communication skills
