About Osprey Village
Osprey Village is a housing estate owned by the Western Australian Housing Authority located in South Hedland that provides quality and affordable housing. It consists of ~295 homes set over ~10 hectares with extensive landscaping and community open space.
Fleetwood is contracted by the Housing Authority to manage Osprey Village which is a respected brand that provides tenants with a hassle-free lifestyle in a safe and attractive environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- General administrative and reception tasks including but not limited to, answering phone calls, emails, incoming/outgoing mail, letters, notices, reports, memos and general queries
- Provision of excellent customer service to stakeholders at all levels
- Maintain, build and create relationships with existing stakeholders and new stakeholders of Osprey Village
- Coordinate community house bookings and housekeeping
- Ensure office and reception area is kept in a presentable manner at all times
- Receipting rents and sundry charges in RMS via Eftpos, direct debit, direct credit
- Operation of the Payway direct debit banking system
- Operate RMS as primary Property Management System, recording all information re tenants and properties to enable most effective management of the Village
- Coordinating and concluding maintenance requirements for Tenants
- Creation of tenant application packs and other marketing material
- Facilitate rental applications of prospective tenants, reviewing applications to ensure correct documents provided
- Liaise with Fleetwood staff to maximise the efficient flow of information
- Operate a range of office machines such as a Photocopier/Scanner, phone system and Eftpos
- Manage and reconcile Bonds with the Bond Administrator
- Other reasonable tasks as directed by the company
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in a similar clerical/administrative role
- Self-motivated and Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Intermediate clerical and administrative skills
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Intermediate knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs
