OT Systems Support Officer (Scada)
Permanent opportunity for an experienced Systems Support Officer to play a vital role in maintaining and supporting operational technology systems, including SCADA, through ensuring the efficiency and reliability of services. Bring your expertise in OT environments to contribute to the seamless operation of critical infrastructure and innovative service delivery.
This experienced team, based in North Brisbane, are looking for someone who has working knowledge and experience within an operational technology (OT) environment, ideally with SCADA systems knowledge.
The SCADA system monitors and controls water distribution, sewage collection, and treatment networks, enabling efficient services across thousands of square kilometres. Contribute to the company’s ability to save time and resources, minimise human error, and provide reliable water supply and sewage treatment services.

What You Will Do:

• Provide routine and breakdown response maintenance and support services across OT systems, including SCADA, and corporate networks.
• Manage and implement installations, upgrades, and maintenance of OT systems and communications networks.
• Offer technical support across hardware, application software, corporate networks, and technology infrastructure.
• Log and prioritise incident/service request details, providing first and second-line investigation and diagnosis.
• Contribute to process improvement and relationship development, assisting in the development of team members.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Demonstrated experience in installing, configuring, managing, and maintaining OT systems
• Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve desktop/server infrastructure and network issues in an OT environment
• Certification in Microsoft Server 2012/2016 and/or proven industry experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• ITILv3 foundation certificate and experience with ITIL processes
• Cisco Certified Networking Associate (desirable) and experience with backup and recovery systems
• Ability to participate in an on-call roster
