Gold Law is a dynamic and reputable law firm located in seaside town of Hervey Bay Queensland, dedicated to providing top-tier legal services.
Our team is known for its commitment to excellence, ethical standards, and fostering a supportive work environment. We are currently looking to expand our team with a dedicated Paralegal.
Experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to solicitors, including scheduling meetings, typing and managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
2. Client Interaction: communicating with clients in person, over the telephone and by written communication.
3. Document Preparation: Under the supervision of a solicitor as with preparing legal documents including contracts.
4. File Management: Assist in managing files, ensuring all relevant information and documentation are up-to-date and organised.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- neat and organised with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
