Part Time Payroll Officer Contract Hybrid/ Micropay

The Access Group Recruitment are the go-to agency for our clients and payroll professionals looking for their next contract or permanent position.  

Our client is seeking a Part Time Payroll Officer Contract role until July 2024, managing end to end payroll processing for weekly and monthly payroll using MicrOpay payroll software.
  
o 50 Weekly staff and 60 Monthly staff, including Bonus Payment runs.
o Provide Redundancy and Termination Estimates
o Interpretation of 2 EBA’s for staff/management.
o Maintain GL Journals.
o Manage Payroll Tax, Super, PAYG, Workcover, Other Deductions.

A well run and organised payroll!

YOU MUST BE
A Full function payroll processing Expert using MicrOpay payroll software package. MUST have STAND ALONE EXPERIENCE!
Must be strong on advanced excel skills. 
Month/year end reconciliation's, Payroll tax, superannuation, etc 
Strong attention to detail, computer/systems savvy.
Ability to prioritise workflows, work autonomously with high attention to detail.
Confident, mature character with the ability to work with all levels!
