The Role:
Working within this small and committed team you will become an integral part to the overall success. Working Part Time within Sales Administration and Logistics you will be required to be highly organised, excellent at multitasking and self-motivated.
This role will be offered on a permanent Part Time basis: 3 days per week (ideally Wed - Fri)
The Duties:
- Process customer orders and invoices
- Raise purchase orders on local and overseas suppliers
- Oversee and communicate stock movements
- Add, maintain and update customer records in CRM
- Provide Sales Support to on-road representatives
- Assist with planning and running exhibitions and training programs
- Manage local and international freight pricing and performance
- Small and supportive team

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively unsupervised
- Strong communication skills, accurate and time focused
- Proven experience with an ERP system
