The Partnering & Co-design Capability Lead (Senior Project Officer) is responsible for the coordination, planning and delivery of capability development programs that will support how health services develop authentic partnerships with consumers to strengthen their engagement in healthcare safety and quality improvement work. You will bring a depth of experience in co-design, partnering, and empowering the voice of lived experience to support change to inform teaching and coaching of others to make impactful change within their workplaces and services combined with an understanding of the capability needs for others to do this.
The successful Partnering & Co-design Capability Lead will have strong experience in leading of collaborative design, be results-oriented, and strong understanding of the role and engagement of lived experience in influencing change. In addition, skills in coordinating and delivering engaging training programs with diverse audiences will be an asset to core functions of the role.
