We are seeking a reliable and creative Pastry Chef with a positive mindset to join our new team at Crafers Bakehouse.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- A relevant trade qualification (at least Certificate III level)
- Advanced knowledge of all stages of the baking and patisserie process
- Creative mindset and willingness to produce new products with seasonal produce
- Understanding of bakery equipment
- Ability to work shifts with early morning starts
- A high standard of personal presentation
- A positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to continuously learn, retain knowledge, and adapt to changes
This position is ideal for someone who has availability to work across a 7-day roster, between the hours of 2am and 2pm.
At Crafers Bakehouse, the Pastry Chef will be responsible for:
- Delivery of quality pastry products both sweet and savory
- Creating high quality fresh products using seasonal produce
- Ensuring a high standard of bakery presentation and cleanliness
- Being a supportive and encouraging team member
As a Pastry Chef at Crafers Bakehouse, you will receive ongoing training and development with the opportunity to work within a friendly and supportive environment.
