About the BusinessName: Self Raised- Bread Shoppe. A 70s-80s inspired continental Bakery and pastry shop focused on high level bread, pastry, Pies & Sandwiches. (Yes there is coffee too!)
We also just recently opened a second location in Bexely North.

Trading Hours: Tues - Sat 7am- 2pm. Sun: 8am - 2pm (Monday Closed)
The Role:
- Baking and production of high quality Pastries & Cakes.
- Oversee the daily operations within the pastry section.
- Working closely with the Head Pastry Chef and the team to produce consistent high quality products
- Technical knowledge and experience in using the specific equipment for a bakery
- Creative Freedom (we love new ideas) and are absolutely passionate about everything we do.
- Daily stock management, stock rotation and temperature management.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1 or more years experience as pastry chef.
- Good team player!
- Strong work ethic and a positive "can do" attitude.
- Passionate & Love for baking and food.
- Demonstrated experience in high volume, fast-paced bakery environment.
