About the Role The newly established Pathways Manager plays a pivotal role in driving and overseeing the development and performance aspects within the association. This multifaceted position entails managing and facilitating all development events and activities across the association, while also spearheading the representative and performance programs, including leading the newly established Townsville team in the Hart Sapphire Series - Ruby North competition, which serves as a vital component of the association's commitment to providing opportunities for North Queensland athletes, while fostering talent identification and development pathways within the region. The Pathways Manager plays an essential role in shaping the future of netball at all levels by nurturing talent, enhancing skill sets, and fostering growth, development, and excellence at all levels of the game.
Remuneration A salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on your experience and skills.
Reports to The Board of Directors

Selection Criteria
- Strong effective leadership skills with the ability to inspire others to drive towards the achievement of the association’s objectives.
- Exceptional organisational skills to ensure the effective operation of the association’s development and performance programs.
- Superior communication, interpersonal and people management skills including the ability to manage conflict and negotiate positive outcomes.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including: coaches, umpires, players, clubs, and volunteers.
- Passion and previous experience in netball development and/or performance, with a desire to lead growth and further development of the association’s brand and the delivery of the association’s strategic goals.
