Our Ideal Candidate has:
Minimum 2 years experience in a Payroll Officer role
Minimum 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable and/or Receivable role
Experience in using Employment Hero (Keypay) payroll and Xero accounting software (desirable)
Experience in using Visual Care (CRM) system (desirable)
Working within the NDIS environment (desirable)
Availability to work part time 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday)
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Contribute to the provision of efficient and effective payroll services in accordance with the legislative requirements and documented procedures.
Contribute to a culture of customer service excellence and undertake duties in a courteous, professional, helpful manner.
Supporting the audit of information on a regular basis to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
Ensuring timely records are maintained on the financial systems.
Provide effective administrative support to the Finance Manager and work effectively as a member of the greater Support Centre.
Ability to organise work to meet deadlines and assist with issues when they arise.
Qualifications & Experience
Business administration or accounting qualification (Desirable)
Knowledge in SCHADS Award (Desirable)
Driving licence and access to a car (Desirable)
Other Requirements
- Right to work in Australia
- A valid National Police Clearance
- A current NDIS Worker check
