About the role:
- Take phone calls from branch staff and employees
- Monitor the Payroll Inbox, delegate emails to relevant Payroll Officer
- System data imports/uploads
- Set up new employees
- Update changes to personal details
- Digital filing
- Basic data reporting
About You:
- Proficient in OutlookWord
- Excel
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to multitaskEnthusiastic attitude
