Description
Ensure accurate payroll processing and consistency across operations, proposing enhancements for efficiency.
Key duties:
- Prompt processing of weekly/fortnightly payroll.
- Accurate handling of payroll requests, such as new hires and changes.
- End-of-month reporting, reconciliation, and payments.
- Identification of automation opportunities to streamline processes.
- Oversight of venue-specific payroll functions, including employee onboarding and tax reconciliations.

- Familiarity with Micropay software would be highly valued.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with accounting processes.
- Ability to effectively engage with all levels of management and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
