Payroll Officer Specialist role within large organisation in the Hills District Your new company Your new company has recently expanded into the heart of the Hills District due to upcoming potential, growth and popularity. This company has flourished within the services industry for decades within the Sydney market and are looking for you to impact and assist with their payroll team. Your new role This is a temp to perm role where you will be responsible for the following:
Managing a portfolio of 300+ employees fortnightly along with all end to end payroll procedures
Manage people's timesheets and manage adjustments
Super calculations
Reconciliations
End of month reporting - fortnightly and monthly
Manual onboarding and offboarding processes
Terminations and redundancies
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, exposure to using ERP and timesheeting systems
Excel savvy - pivot tables + v-lookups
Comfortable with some manual timesheeting processes
Knowledge of end to end payroll procedures
Comfortable in contributing to the role temporarily to act as probation before proceeding with going permanent in the role
