The Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Manger, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate processing a fortnightly payroll for approximately 1500 staff using ADP software. You’ll be a trusted advisor on all system related matters and ensure all new employees are onboarded correctly.
- Prepare and process the fortnightly payroll of 1500 (using ADP software)
- Process new and terminated employees
- Payroll reconciliation
- Update and maintain accurate employee records
- Prepare, balance and reconcile payroll reports
- Maintain the HRIS regarding payroll-related items
- Be the first point of contact for payroll related queries across the organisation
- Provide information and support for external and internal audits
- Other ad hoc payroll matters
Skills and Experience
This is a key role where strong hands-on experience of the full payroll process will be essential. We're looking for someone who has demonstrated experience working with ADP Payroll software. Minimum 5 years plus experience in a payroll processing position is essential.
