Vestas have an exciting role available for an enthusiastic and experienced P&C Advisor to deliver the full suite of People & Culture activities for Vestas Australia. 

 

The role of People & Culture Business Advisor will focus on providing generalist support and to implement strategies and processes to the Service & Construction leadership team and employees. 

This position works across the breadth of our ANZ operations, connecting regularly with department heads and site management as key stakeholders.

 

This is a unique opportunity to have a real impact on the employment experience for our region and shape our culture. 

This role will suit an experienced generalist or advisor who loves working in the process improvement of P&C, who is wanting to grow their career and move in to a Business Partner role.

 

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate would possess;

  • Experience managing employment matters such as grievances and disciplinary issues
  • Coaching 
  • Sound knowledge of Australian employment law
  • Experience coaching and developing leaders
  • Experience working with operational and/or blue collar workforces would be highly advantageous

 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the people cyclical activities such as annual reviews, development planning & succession planning and talent development
  • Work in partnership with the Shared Service Centre to execute key HR activities
  • Policy and Process Development and Compliance
  • Process improvement in key HR practices
  • Contribute to and embed our P&C strategy across the ANZ region
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to secure critical roles
  • Employee relations advice and support to leaders and support in case management of people matters.
  • Manage local remuneration processes and job evaluation mapping

 

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources or akin field

 

Competencies

  • Sound analytical skills with MS office proficiencies
  • Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility for travel
