Planning Advisor (4 Positions Available)

Randstad has been engaged by a Leading Water Authority to recruit 4 Planning Advisors within the Urban Planning and Design unit.

• 12-18 month contract position
• Melbourne CBD location with two office days / three days working from home
• $60-$65 per hour (based on experience)
• 4 positions available

This Planning Advisor will act as a liaison between developers and internal stakeholders on major and complex applications. We are seeking someone that is highly engaging, has strong communication skills, who is great at fostering and maintaining relationships, and that can set realistic expectations and timelines.With your planning expertise and understanding of land-use, you will collect and group information, and make recommendations on various building applications to the relevant leadership team.
